Line paint fades faster under new regs
In recent years, property owners and managers may have noticed that the line paint in their parking lots is fading more quickly and, consequently, needs to be reapplied more frequently. A reason for this change may be new Environment Canada regulations that set a limit on volatile organic compounds (VOC) in traffic-marking coatings.
TREB reports record April home sales
In April 2016, there were 12,085 home sales recorded through the Toronto Real Estate Board (TREB)’s MLS System, which is a new record for the month. This result is a 7.4 per cent increase compared to April 2015.
GTA condo sales up 21.2 per cent: TREB
There were 5,974 condominium apartment sales reported through the Toronto Real Estate Board (TREB)’s MLS System during the first quarter of 2016, which is a 21.2 per cent increase compared to the first quarter or 2015.

CMHC detects overvaluation in nine urban centres
