The YMCA of Greater Vancouver is excited to announce that Y Mind will be running virtually this Fall. These free, online mental wellness programs are open to youth ages 13 - 30 and adults 31+.
We are passionate about providing the opportunity to support the mental wellness of those in our community through free and accessible online programming.

What is Y Mind?
Y Mind is a free, seven-week group program that uses Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) and mindfulness to help people cope with stress and mild-to-moderate anxiety. The online version of the group is delivered weekly by group video call and led by mental health professionals.

Upcoming Sessions
Choose from the following options:
Y MIND - TEEN (Ages 13-17)
Wednesdays from October 28-December 16 at 4:30-6:00 p.m.
Thursdays from October 29-December 10 from 4:30-6:00 p.m.
Y MIND - YOUTH (Ages 18-30)
Tuesdays from October 20-December 1 from 5:00-7:30 p.m.
Wednesdays from October 21-December 9 from 5:00-7:30 p.m.
Y MIND - ADULT (Age 31+) *NEW*
