2020 Alumni Achievement Award nominations are now open
Every year, the Mount Royal University Alumni Achievement Awards celebrate the alumni and future alumni who inspire us. We encourage you to nominate those exceptional individuals before Jan. 10, 2020. Read the guidelines and nominate an alumna/us here.
International photo contest winners announced
The top 10 submissions to the 2019 International Photo Contest have been selected by 265 Mount Royal community voters. The winning photos will be hung in the third-floor hallway of the Bissett School of Business building, with the additional 10 being put on display at the International Student Support Centre. The top three will also receive prize packages.
Human Resources supports available
Recognizing that this is a time of concern and worry among employees, HR has resources available that are designed to provide support during times of change and uncertainty, including a workshop on Tuesday, Dec. 3 called The Fundamentals of Change and Transition. Ongoing support is available through the Employee Family Assistance Program.
Take care of yourself during the holidays
The holidays can be a time of high stress and anxiety, particularly for those who may have experienced a loss. Homewood offers tools and services that can help make this time more manageable for employees coping with holiday stressors.
