BOMI International elects new officers, trustees

The BOMI International board of trustees has elected David Fagone, RPA, to the position of board chairman on a two-year term. Fagone is president and COO of RM Bradley Management Corporation, a commercial property management and brokerage firm in Hartford, Conn. He has managed several of the company’s premier properties in Hartford’s Central Business District. In addition, he is a past president of the Greater Hartford Chapter of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) and currently sits on its board of directors.

BOMI International elected Howard L. Arndt, RPA, to the position of board vice chairman. Arndt is a property manager in Saskatchewan and recently retired from the Saskatchewan Ministry of Government Services. Sarah Wright, RPA, LEED-AP O+M, was elected as board secretary/treasurer. She is currently a property manager with HPI Real Estate Services & Investments in Austin, Tex.

The board of trustees also elected two new trustees: Timothy O’Donald, RPA, CPM, and David Pogue, LEED AP.

O’Donald is currently president of Harbor East Management Group in Maryland. In that role, he oversees approximately 5.5 million square feet of commercial office, retail, hotel and residential space in Baltimore, in addition to several other Maryland real estate assets owned and managed by the company.

Pogue is CBRE’s global director of corporate responsibility in San Jose, Cal., where he manages the development, implementation and reporting for all aspects of corporate social responsibility. Previously, Pogue led sustainability programs for CBRE’s global property and facilities management portfolio.
