Greenwin appoints new CFO

Greenwin Inc. announced that Ron Eilath has been appointed the company’s Chief Financial Officer. With several decades of senior level operational and financial management experience, Eilath has held posts at both public and private organizations, including the position of SVP Finance/Chief Financial Officer for Shiplake Properties, Gamma-Dynacare Medical Laboratories, and Cabletel Communications Corp.

Mr. Eilath has also served extensively in the non-profit sector. Most recently, he was Chief Financial Officer and Senior VP at the UJA Federation of Greater Toronto, one of Canada’s largest charitable organizations. There, he oversaw all financial entities, such as the Annual Campaign, the Jewish Foundation, and the Capital Campaign. He also oversaw the association’s construction/property management arm, which was responsible for approximately $250M of construction in the GTA.

“Ron’s solid background in mergers and acquisitions, financing, operational efficiencies, financial management, and reporting make him an ideal fit with Greenwin’s financial operations,” said Greenwin Chairman Cary Green.

“I have full confidence in Ron’s ability to lead all financial and accounting aspects of Greenwin’s rapidly growing residential and commercial portfolios,” added Greenwin CEO Kris Boyce. “We are thrilled to have him join our executive team during this exciting time.”

Ron holds a B.A. in Commerce from the University of Toronto. He is a Chartered Accountant (Canada) and Certified Public Accountant (Illinois).
