You can register as a solo player or as a four person team. Check the Available Time Slots calendar and pick a  time that you want to participate, then complete the registration form. Registering does not guarantee that you have a time slot, only that you have requested it.  We try very hard to meet requests but due to demand you may not get the time slot you want. When your time has been confirmed, you will receive a meeting invite.
