Mount Royal’s principal Canada 150 initiative announced

On Sunday, Canada will recognize the 100th anniversary of the Battle of Vimy Ridge. In tribute to 28 Mount Royal students, alumni and employees who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country in numerous military campaigns throughout Canada's history, 27 memorial bursaries and one scholarship will be created as our principle Canada 150 initiative. More information on how employees can participate is at mru.ca/Giving.

Start of semester emails, with option for distribution list sign up

As each semester begins (Aug./Sept.) (Dec./Jan.), areas with ongoing employee activites can send an email to employees describing the semester's activities. Employees can then opt in to a distribution list, such as Google Groups, to get updates. Emails can be sent here.
