Love and family in February!
February has become a significant month for celebrating love and family. When we talk about our post-secondary education, the focus is often placed on how our studies have shaped us academically and benefited us professionally. While post-secondary is a place to foster academic growth, it is also a place to create fond memories and establish lifelong relationships. Mount Royal holds a very special place in the hearts of many alumni couples who were given the chance to find love and meet their lifelong partner here. Also, in the hearts of families who send their children to study here generation after generation. We hope that you would share your special story with us so that we can learn about the different ways Mount Royal has been a part of your family.
In this issue of True Blue, we meet one alumni couple who met at MRU in a special edition of "Checking in with alumni". We'll also announce the winner of the #MRUAlumniConnects campaign and you'll hear about two recent Alumni Group activities that just might inspire you to get involved.
